April and Greg Tracy are an award-winning real estate team recognized at local, state and national levels. Currently living in Sandy, Utah, they have served the entire Wasatch Front for over 20 years. Although they work all of Salt Lake, Utah and Davis counties, they have especially done a lot of work in Sandy, Draper, Cottonwood Heights, South Jordan, West Jordan, Riverton, and Herriman.
In 2006, they built the first real estate website to use Google Maps to plot homes for sale. And the real estate brokerage behind it, BlueRoof Real Estate, which they later sold Prudential. In 2008 they founded BlueRoof360, a technology company which helps other brokerages and agents learn how to utilize technology in the business and Greg began speaking on a national level, coaching real estate brokerages to utilize technology and training some of the most successful agents in the country.
Greg has also been a managing broker for Better Homes and Gardens, Prudential and Coldwell Banker in Salt Lake City and a real estate instructor and trainer. Greg is currently a top agent with Keller Williams Realty. April is the regional manager for New American Funding, giving her added flexibility with her clients and the ability to offer extremely competitive rates and fees. Today all of their focus is on helping their clients sell and buy real estate.
