About Greg Tracy
Greg Tracy is an award-winning Realtor, recognized at local, state, and national levels. With more than 30 years of experience gained in the real estate industry and with hard work, smart marketing, cutting-edge technology, and a powerful professional network Greg has sold more than $200 Million in real estate transactions.
In 2006, Greg worked with the engineers at Google and built the first real estate website to ever plot homes for sale on a map and the real estate brokerage (BlueRoof.com) behind it, which he sold to Prudential Real Estate in 2007. In 2008 Greg founded BlueRoof360, a real estate technology company that helps other brokerages and agents learn how to utilize technology and online marketing in the real estate business and began speaking on a national level, coaching real estate brokers how to use technology and training some of the most successful brokerages and agents in the country.
Greg has previously been a managing broker for Better Homes and Gardens, Prudential Real Estate and Coldwell Banker in Salt Lake City, Boulder, Colorado and San Francisco, an owner of his own brokerage, and a licensed real estate instructor.
Through his network of high-producing agent colleagues, library of past and referral clients, experience with home staging and design, cutting edge technology and the highest-quality marketing available, Greg is able to get top-dollar for his listing clients.
